We currently operate a network of 13 tire & service centers and 2 retread plants in the Mid-Atlantic region. The 909 N. East Street facility in Frederick, MD serves as Rice Tire’s corporate office. Donald Rice, Sr. passed away in 1987. Ken Rice, Chairman of Rice Tire and the youngest of Donald Rice’s three sons, took over leadership in 1975 and ran the company for over 30 years.
