Job Title: Service Manager

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our team at the retail tire shop. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the service department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and coordinating service-related activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the service team, providing guidance, training, and support

  • Coordinate service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks

  • Oversee vehicle inspections and diagnostics to identify and address issues

  • Provide expert advice to customers regarding tire selection, maintenance, and repair services

  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of service orders and transactions

  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote additional services and products

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service area

  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and industry standards

  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:
