Job Title: Tire Retreading Plant Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Tire Retreading Plant Manager to lead our tire retreading facility. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the retreading process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in production.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the tire retreading plant

• Oversee the retreading process, including inspection, buffing, repairing, and final finishing

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands

• Monitor and manage inventory levels of retread materials and finished products

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

• Supervise and train plant staff, providing guidance and performance feedback
