Job Summary:

We are seeking both CDL Delivery Drivers and Non-CDL Delivery Drivers to join our retail tire shop team. These drivers will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting tires, equipment, and materials to and from various locations, as well as providing exceptional customer service during deliveries and pickups.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CDL or Non-CDL trucks to transport tires and related products
• Safely load and unload tires and equipment onto trucks
• Plan delivery routes to optimize efficiency and timely deliveries
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries and pickups
• Perform routine inspections of vehicles and report any maintenance issues
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
• Adhere to traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards at all times
• Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Keep the truck and work area clean and organized

Requirements: For CDL Delivery Driver:

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience
• Clean driving record and safety-focused attitude
• Ability to safely operate and maneuver large vehicles
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

For Non-CDL Delivery Drivers:

• Valid driver’s license (Non-CDL)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of driving experience
• Clean driving record and safety-conscious mindset
• Ability to safely operate trucks and handle cargo
• Good understanding of traffic rules and safety guidelines
• Strong communication and customer service skills

General Requirements for Both Positions:

• Physical ability to lift and move tires and heavy items as needed
• Dependable and punctual with excellent time management skills
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and inspection procedures
