In today’s world of instant digital karma, customer reviews are a barometer by which virtually all companies are measured.  Some companies (like Rice Tire) take reviews very seriously and some do not.  The companies that don’t are clearly not concerned with the experience their customers are having in their establishments, this does not describe Rice Tire.
